In the ruins of a decommissioned Eastern European train yard, the anarcho blackened crust collective Goat Throne has announced they will headline the inaugural Ashes & Rust Fest\u00a0 a DIY music gathering running entirely on homemade generators, scrap metal percussion, and literal fire.<\/p>\n
